BRHGS - THURSDAY 02/07/09 @ MAESTEG RFC - 17.00 TO 19.00

Please meet at the Players Entrance at Maesteg RFC, Could all players please bring training shoes, boots and appropriate outdoor clothing for dry and wet weather (Training will either take place on the Main Field or the Playing Fields opposite the Rugby Club) all players will also need to bring their own water bottles / energy drinks etc.

17.00 - Arrivals / Registrations

17.15 - Warm up drills & testing

18.15 - Game related sessions

18.45 - Debrief / next session.

Note!! Future sessions 17.00 to 19.00 on Thursdays at Maesteg RFC every 3 weeks from July 02nd
