just to let everyone know there will be no session this week we will contact you towards the end of the month with a new date and also a list of dates for the rest of the year.

BRHGS - THURSDAY 02/07/09 @ MAESTEG RFC - 17.00 TO 19.00

Please meet at the Players Entrance at Maesteg RFC, Could all players please bring training shoes, boots and appropriate outdoor clothing for dry and wet weather (Training will either take place on the Main Field or the Playing Fields opposite the Rugby Club) all players will also need to bring their own water bottles / energy drinks etc.

SESSION PLAN -

17.00 - Arrivals / Registrations

17.15 - Warm up drills & testing

18.15 - Game related sessions

18.45 - Debrief / next session.

Note!! Future sessions 17.00 to 19.00 on Thursdays at Maesteg RFC every 3 weeks from July 02nd

THE NEXT HG SQUAD TRAINING WILL TAKE PLACE AT 4PM ON THE 19th JUNE AT CORUS RFC. THE SQUAD HAS NOW BEEN TRIMMED DOWN DUE TO LACK OF COMMITMENT FROM SOME PLAYERS ALL PLAYERS WILL BE CONTACTED AND WE WILL HAVE A NUMBER OF NEW PLAYERS WHO HAVE SHONE THROUGH THE JUNIOR GAMES PLAYED UP TILL NOW.REMEMBER BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE AND OUTDOOR TRAINING GEAR AND SHOWERS ARE AVAILABLE ANY QUESTIONS CONTACT ROB.
