4-15 - 4-45 fitness tests
4-45 5-30 ballwork, play the ball, recap of last session
5-30 - 6pm warm down

Could all players please bring with them training shoes, boots and appropriate indoor / outdoor clothing (Training will take place on the field if the weather is good or in the Boys Gym if poor) all players will also need to bring with them their own water bottles / energy drinks etc.

Merthyr RCT HG session
Hi All
Hopefully you have enjoyed the break and had a successful time with your Rugby Union Clubs. Now the League season is nearly upon us and it is time for the home grown squad sessions to resume. For the next 4 months sessions will be every 3 weeks and the first session will be this coming Wednesday 22 April at Aberdare Boys School. We would like you all to be there at 7.30pm and you are to bring indoor and outdoor training equipment (boots and trainers) and your drinks.
I must apologise for the late notice but it has been difficult securing the school for the session and because of the late notice I would appreciate if you could get back to me and confirm your attendance.
