hello all
this weeks session will take place on friday 22 may at 4pm at corus rfc.the session will be taken by andy lindley head of youth development at the crusaders and aled james first team player and also the new copach for the area.maximum turnout is required please bring with you water and energy drinks also outdoor training kit. start time is 4pm sharp for registration then into the session. anyone who cannot attend must contact rob stubbs before friday, my number is 07815852187.

BRIDGEND RHGS - WED 27/05/2009

BRHGS Session - Wed 29/05/2009 - 17.00 to 19.00 @ Pencoed Sports College

Could all players please bring with them training shoes, boots and appropriate indoor / outdoor clothing (Training will take place on the field if the weather is good or in the Sports Hall if poor) all players will also need to bring with them their own water bottles / energy drinks etc.

SESSION PLAN -

17.00 - Arrivals / Registrations
17.15 -Warm up drills & testing
18.15 - Game related sessions
18.45 - Debrief / next session.

Note!! Future sessions on Wednesdays every 3 weeks from June to August 09.

Merthyr/RCT session

We have had to move the session from Friday to Thursday this week. It will be 6pm on the pitch at Aberdare Boys School. Please bring boots and a drink.
